By accessing and using HexiQ Technologies' services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.
HexiQ Technologies designs and builds custom automation software, CRM solutions, lead generation pipelines, web platforms, and mobile applications. Services are provided on a project-by-project basis, defined by a mutual work order or proposal.
Clients are required to provide timely access, credentials, documentation, and information necessary for project completion. HexiQ is not responsible for project delays caused by client inaction or failure to provide access.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the custom codebase and assets delivered for a project is transferred to the client. HexiQ retains ownership of generic base code, framework components, and reusable libraries developed prior to or during the project.
HexiQ Technologies shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our systems, custom software, or integrations.
