HexiQ Technologies provides highly customized software engineering, AI automation implementation, and strategic digital consulting services. Due to the bespoke nature of our labor and code deliverables, all payments are milestone-based and non-refundable.
Projects are structured around mutually agreed milestones. Once a milestone is delivered, reviewed, and approved by the client, the corresponding payment is non-refundable. Remaining milestones may be canceled in accordance with our project cancellation terms.
Either party may terminate a project contract by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon cancellation, the client will be billed for all consulting hours and development work completed up to the date of cancellation.
While refunds are not provided, HexiQ offers a post-launch support and bug-fix window for all custom systems as defined in the project scope of work to ensure stable production deployment.
